We had a fantastic stay at the resort with fine views of Mount Fuji from our room. The rooms were spacious and had unique decor. The underfloor heating was a great touch, especially during the colder days. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site laundromat. While having a car would make getting around easier, the shuttle service worked well for us. The meals, though not highly varied, were adequate and offered a mix of European and Japanese dishes.

Great views and a lot of outdoor activities to do around the area. The staff was always professional and courteous. The food at the restaurant was quite tasty and diverse.
The beds were like sleeping on concrete blocks. The location was a bit isolated, and public transport was far away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very nice area. The location in the woodsy area made it feel like a forest retreat, perfect for those who love nature. The spacious rooms with a living room and balcony offered incredible views from all four directions. I especially loved the huge windows that allowed me to overlook the amazing scenery. The two-bedroom setup was great for my family of five, and the tiny twin beds added a cozy touch. The breakfast with a view of Fujii mountain was a delightful way to start the day.
The hotel provided a wide range of amenities and services, so there really wasn't anything that I felt needed improvement or any complaints to mention.

Third, the location of the hotel in a woodsy area was perfect. It felt like we were staying in a forest, with breathtaking views from our balcony and the huge windows in our room. Spent a wonderful Easter weekend in a resort surrounded by stunning nature. Loved the spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated our family of four. the highlight was definitely the hot spring bath that had us relaxed and rejuvenated.
The lack of shuttle service after 6 PM. We ended up having to call taxis each time we wanted to venture out and explore. there were limited dining options available on the resort, with the restaurant closing quite early in the evening.
